Suggest Remedy For Bleeding From Rectum

hi, i am a 44 yr old female with ibs... and colitis. I am on coumadin. I have been having stomach pains since tuesday. and bloating in my stomach, nausea and no appetite. I have been spotting blood since tuesday from my rectum. thought nothing of it because this happens occasionally, today the blood has progressively gotten worse. pretty bad now. When I went to the bathroom just now, there was a great deal of blood in the toilet... other than my coumadin (ptinr) was 2.7.is there anything else that would justify me going ahead and going to the ER tonite rather than waiting til morning.
