Suggest Remedy For Bleeding While Urinating And Swelling In Vagina

I had a bladder sing in 2012 for about 1 year I have had some problem with sex with my husband bleeding I have had a hysterectomy now bleeding when I urinate felt my vagina and notice I have a hard something there swollen tissue in vagina walls please help
