This clearly indicates fermentation taking place in Gastro Intestinal Tract.

Try to avoid heavy n oily food . if you are not feeling full hungary, do not take food. Do not eat very frequently. If you eat before earlier food is digested fully, the pyloric end of stomach closes for further digestion process. So earlier half digested food has to remain there more. This creates fermentation due to rotten food. Hence bloating, cramping etc. AAM - a kind of mucous accumulates in intestines as per Ayurveda theory. Laziness, sleepiness etc are caused. Appetite slows down. Digestion weakens.

Best bet is Ayurveda's safe herbal medicine without side effects. Take light food with reasonable gaps as elicited above.

1. Digestive powder Lavanbhaskar CHOORNA may be used in yogurt/ buttermilk in daytime only. Mix 1 tsp in 1 small bowl of yogurt or curd or a glass of buttermilk and take it. This will secrete enzymes and digest and well.
2. Hingwastak choorna may be taken at night (1 tsp in between meals. Mix 1 tsp in some qty of clarified butter and eat it. Follow little warm water and take remaining food.
3. Mahashankh vati tablets 2 bd after meals.
4. Liquid Drakshasav 15 ml + equal water post meals twice a day.

Please take for two weeks and report back.

These medicines are commonly available in India.

Hope it helps you.
