Suggest Remedy For Blood In Urine & Stool

my son abuses cough medicine. He was having blood in his urine and stool. He had a colonoscopy and an upper GI. Everything looked good. What do you think is going on and is it related to his subtance abuse. He is 18 years old, 6'3". amd about 175 lbs.

your concern being appreciate, hematuria is not due to the cough medicine taken but it could be due to Urinary track infection with stone condition or without that but it is less common in male, symptoms demands the investigations, injury also need to be ruled out, blood stain stool could be due to constipation it is common condition seen if other tests are negative, but both the symptoms of blood in urine and stool are not due to the cough medicines taken hope this information helps.
