I am a colorectal cancer survivor with a difficult to treat anastomotic stricture at the surgical site. It s always very difficult for me to pass stool, and it s either too much, or too little. I have severe abdominal cramping, and from time to time, bowel incontinence. Over the passed couple of days, i ve been bowel incontinent, and when i looked in my underwear, i noticed the stool was in the vaginal part of my undies. Tonight, the incontinence was worse, and hard to clean up. It seemed i couldn t get the vaginal area clean enough no matter how many times i wiped. I m beginning to think some of the stool is coming out of the vagina. I m worried this might be an emergency, so i m asking for medical opinions on whether or not this can wait until morning. I m not feverish, and i m not currently crampy. Thank you!
