/carrot / spinach / wheat bran / whole grain etc...
Drink lots of fluid daily....
Regular exercise done ....
Avoid smoking , alcohol if habit present ....
Excess spicy and junk food restricted...
Oat rich in
selenium, copper ,
vitamin E , zinc etc...so help in removing waste and sooth stomach....
Avocados, peaches , banana , beet like food and fruit taken more.
