Suggest Remedy For Bowel Obstruction With Severe Stomach Pain And Swelling
I think I may have a bowel obstruction, my belly is swollen, I haven t had a bowel movement in days and the last one I had was very small, I have also been throwing up everything I eat or drink and there have been quite a few times where my stomach will cramp like a charlie horse and it hurts extremely bad.

Take Syrup Duphalac 15ml every 6 hours until you have a loose stool. If the constipation is not relieved go to a local ER.
