Suggest Remedy For Breathing Difficulty

After exposure to spray paint yesterday afternoon,I have been experiencing pains when breathing. It is occurring regularly, but not with every breathe and seems more painful with the exhale, as if someone is squeezing my lungs with their fist. I am an otherwise healthy female. I am concerned that I may have breathed in too much of the paint fumes inadvertently and may be suffering chemical pneumonia.

Hello
Welcome to HCM,

The paint will have lead as its composition, it may be inhaled during exposure to the paint.

It may affect lung parenchyme and may cause irritation of the lung tissue and it may cause patchy consolidation.

Because of all these pathogenesis you have developed these symptoms. I would suggest you to follow
1. Oral antibiotics like Tab Bactoclav, 625 mg, twice daily for 5 days.
2. Syp Bricarex AX, which will helps to reduce the symptoms.
3. Oral antihistamines, should be given.
Thank you.
