Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
hello,
I have studied your case and I think that this can be infected boil or sebaceous cyst. I would suggest you to start some antibiotics and show it a physician. Do not rub or scratch . It will improve with antibiotics. Make sure your blood sugar is normal as some time it can cause such infection. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
