I have severe burning in my bladder and urethra. I have been tested and have no infection. It has been bothering me for over a month. it started a day after I had a CT Scan with dye for sinus trouble. I am perimenopausal. Urine tests show intermitten micoscopic blood.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Provide me your urine examination report for giving more comment on that. If only RBC present and no pus cells in urine and urine culture negative than urethral injury, any mass, stone, coagulation problem, etc. like problem should be ruled out

So for giving full comment urine culture, urine microscopic examination report and USG report needed. Consult urologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
