Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In Upper Abdomen And Bloating

i have a burning sensation in the top front of my abdomem just below where my bra strap is ...its periodic but when i get it my stomach makes loud noises for a minute or two like something going down a plughole! it feels tight too and hurts when i eat and i feel bloated

Hi thanks for asking question.

According to history you most likely have gastritis or small ulcer in stomach.

Take following measures ....
Drink more water.
Omeprazole taken for few days.
Green leafy veg taken more.
For few days avoid excess fatty or fried food.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Fruits taken more.
Cooked oatmeal good in soothing stomach.

If still your problem continue then USG done as further work up...
If needed then endoscopy also can be done to rule out barret esophagus secondary to acid reflux.
