Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation While Urinating After Cyst Removal

Hello Doctor,

I had a Barthonic gland cyst a couple of weeks ago. I din't have any pain but it was pretty big, so i went to a gyno. She said that it's best to drain it. So i got the procedure done last thursday, i see the wound has heeled pretty well but i have a cruciating burning sensation every time i urinate. Is there any way i could avoid this pain while urinating?

Hello,

The possible issue here is urinary tract infection, which may be secondary to the bacterial invasion in ascending a level.

Plenty of liquids, cranberry sachet, anti-inflammatory drugs, and urine alkaliser will support great.
