Suggest Remedy For Burning Urination With Penis Pain

hi doctor, i am having a burning sensation while urinating and immense pain in the penis after that,also their is a discharge of little yellow sticky substance the whole day, i had sex 2 weeks back.this for the first time i am suffering from such a problem.my age is 20,my weight is 67 kg and height is 5'9'.
