Suggest Remedy For Burning Urination

i had apatient who complaint increased frequncy and burnig pain on passing urine we did urinalisis which showed heavy protenuria and leucocytosis,his BP was also high 187/132mmhg,what i dint understant is that he had savere bilateral pain on the lower limb which was burning in nature and its on and off and it radite to the back and when the pain comes there was visible blood vesseles but there was no edema.so am asking what coul have coused the pain

I read your question completely and have understood it well.

I being a surgeon, we come across so many such cases..
Well, your patient is suffering from Uti. Cause unknown and also, his hypertension needs treatment. Can I know his age!?

I would like to analyze the following things..

1. Burning micturation with plenty of pus cells is a definite indication of urinary tract infection. Uti.
He needs further evaluation.
Get his urine culture sensitivity done.
We can know the organism responsible for this and also what antibiotic to be prescribed..

2. Please treat him with antibiotic for 14 days..

3. Since you also say, pain radiation to lower limbs.
It could be a ureteric calculus responsible for Uti and in such cases we do observe radiation of pain to groin, tip of penis, thighs and sometimes to legs too!!
So please get a renal usg.
It will show if there's any hydronephrosis or calculus..
And we can treat accordingly...

4. But most importantly, his hypertension. Diastolic BP is too high. Treat him for the same..
