Suggest Remedy For Change In Behavioral Pattern

My grandson used to pronounce single words very clearly and precisely. But since his grandfather passed away when he is 20 months his behaviourial pattern changed. Also he has a few hard knocks on his head. Now his words are mumble up. His motor skills are good.

Children at this stage understands care and affection and security. These children accepts anyone who gives care, affection and security. Grandfather's demise cannot be the reason.
