Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hello,

Sudden onset of squint like this needs to be evaluated for intracranial causes like a space occupying lesion. I am sorry to say that your son required their ophthalmological evaluation along with an MRI brain with and without contrast, please.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Sumanth Amperayani, Pediatrician, Pulmonology
