Suggest Remedy For Constant Diarrhea In An Infant
Hi my son has just turned one. He got a stomach bug 8 weeks ago, which give him diarrhoea. We have now had diarrhoea for 8 weeks. My doc put him on lactose intolerant milk which he has been on now for 6 days. The diarrhoea is the same and the amount of diarrhoea and consistancy is the same. He is waking up every night crying in pain which he was before he got put on the new milk. We don t seem to be getting any further forward with an answer as to why he has this on going diarrhoea. Could he s stomach be full of bad bacteria. ie the good bacteria is being eaten by the bad bacteria? Is there test we can get done to get this sorted out? He has already had a stool test would came back negative, is why is he still so ill?

1. Chronic diarrhoea - ? Fat malabsorption
2. Micro Nutrient deficiency
3. Immunodeficiency either primary or acquired.
