Hello,

You may be suffering from irritation of the rectum, and anal canal may be due to Infection or inflammation due to food or inflammatory bowel problems. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Eat soft high fiber diet, drink plenty of water.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If you are suffering from constipation or hemorrhoids, then uses syrup lactose 30ml at night after dinner. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
