Suggest Remedy For Constant Upset Stomach And Pepper Look In Stool
hello im 26 yrs old & i have an upset stomach3-5 times a week. it swsells up lots and wheni wipe after a bowel movement it looks like black pepper on the toilet paper. i have had a gall bladder test,EGD test and an ultrasound on abdomen organsand appears fine.but y constant upset stomach and the pepper look in stool.

stop animal products
stop dairyproducts
cook and eat your food
stop eating out
do no oil cooking
