Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

I would recommend consulting with a neurologist and performing a brain CT scan to exclude possible stroke.
The water running from his mouth could be related to facial palsy and the inability to swallow or close his mouth. You should discuss with his doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes!
