Hi im 23 years old and i cant relieve myself at the bathroom beacause my anus seems to be small for the ....you know wat.it s been a week now and i cant even walk coz if feels like it s gonna come out anytime now and i cant let that happen coz my anus hurts like crazy.i feel like im gonna die

Hi welcome to HCM...

Here cause for constipation and anal hurting has to be searched for ....

For that USG and proctoscopy examination done to look for any growth if present or not ...
If growth present than biopsy needs to be taken ....to reveal its nature ...

If no oraganic cause present than it could be functional problem for which you an take ispaghula husk in milk daily as stool softeners ...

Avoid stress ...

Avoid gas forming foods like cabbage , cauliflower , onion etc...

More water ...

Regular exercise done ...

Avoid smoking ....

Take care ...

Advise : consult physician or surgeon...
