Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Pain In Abdomen
Hi. I had a stomach bug or flu on Wednesday with vomiting and diarrhea. The diarrhea continued into Thursday. Since, I haven t had much of an appetite, but eating about one meal a day splitting it into lunch and dinner. My concern is constipation. I m eating but not going. It s Sunday and I haven t gone again. I m starting to get pains that are uncomfortable in my abdomen and I cannot go. Is this normal and what can I do?

I have read your question I can understand your concern
earlier you have contracted some gut infection that led you to the spell of severe vomiting and diarrhoea followed by acid reflux gastritis and later on whole of gastrointestinal tract got involved.
I would suggest you syrup lactulose and some dietary fiber for immediate evacuation of bowel.
