Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Pain With Bleeding

So I am on anti viral mediction from a sexual assult. Alos oxy cotton for the pain that the emergency department prescribed. No my pop is really hard and I cant even go to the bathrrom because its so painful and I have small tears that will get a lot worse if I go to the bathroom. I have heavy bleeding from my butt that is in my stool and does not seem to be coming from the tears. I had gotten some laxative drink that the doctor told me to take but it worked a little to well. It has come to the point were I need to get it out myself when I go to the bathroom. but its so painful. I also have brusing that is coming on the both sides of my leg out of know were and it keeps spreading. I don t know what to do.
