Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Sharp Pain In Stomach
Hello i am a 17 year old female and have been suffering from constant constipation, sharp pains on right and left Of stomach. Im always tired and i have had blood In my stool. My gastro doc still hasnt done much or performed any test hes just giving me laxatives that do not work. Any ideas or help would be great.

I really appreciate your concern, constipation is not due to any disease. In your case, it seems to be due to less water intake and less fiber diet taken so try to have more fiber diet and drink water. No need to take any laxative and stool softener, neither to be conscious about this.
