Suggest Remedy For Constipation & Stomach Ache
Recently I have experienced having stomach ache followed by urgent bowel movement and then start vomiting at the same time. It happened twice this month. Its not the flu, because when its over... its over. Stomach is upset the following day or so. I have trouble wth constipation and having some pain on my lower left side.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constipation & stomach ache. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like anal fissure, bowel obstruction, colon cancer, rectocele, diabetes, hypothyroidism and due to dehydration. It could be due to improper diet and less fiber content in diet. Need not to worry. For now eat more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor will order blood test , stool test , physical examination and endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe laxatives , anti inflammatory , antacids and proton pump inhibitor because constipation can also occur due to acidity.
