Suggest Remedy For Constipation When Having Enlarged Prostate BPH

I have enlarged prostate BPH but at same time suffer from constipation for which I take a strong purgative such as 'Nityam Churan' of 'Zandu' pharmacy of India, which results in passing of liquid stools and that too with lot of inconvenience. Remedy, please.

Hi,
For having Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) there is medicine available.
Consult Urologist and get examined.
For constipation take laxative daily at night.
Take plenty of more fiber containing diet.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily.
Take plenty of water during day time.
Ok and take care.
