Suggest Remedy For Constipation With Gas

I have had lots of stomach issues and we went through gas, constipation, acid refleux. Now they dont know what really makes it hurt almost everyday. The docs think i am lac tos and tolerante. I have had my tummy hurt due to nervousness and aniexoity. It has hurt the last three days and i am super dizy today any thoughts it hurts below my belly button

Dear it may be due to simple gastritis with lack of fiber in diet or ibs. Syrp Duphalac 30 ml at night, high fiber diet, avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid dairy products and caffeine. Tab. Simethicone for one week still symptoms persist please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
