Hello,

You may be suffering from constipation with hypocalcemia. It may be fibromyalgia or anemia etc.

Take a high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Take calcium or sufficient milk and fiber contain food.

Use syrp lactulose.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
