Suggest Remedy For Constipation With White Specks In Stool

Hi I m a 23 year old female and I m concerned because for quite some time I have been seeing white specks in my stool and have been dealing with constipation my whole life and just recently was put on Miralax which I had to stop due to being nauseous and excessive bowl movements. Ulcertive Colllitis and Chron s Disease runs in my family I don t eat as healthy as I should but I don t eat badly either. Please help the best you can. Thank you
