Suggest Remedy For Constipation

i have severe constipation and blood is going every time passing the stool and i have a fissure and small pile also. i have diltigesic cream can i apply that? is it reduce the pain and burning sensation due to constipation? or is it only for fissure. can u pls? thanks

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fissures or hemorrhoids could be due to constipation. You can try Policresulen ointment for that but it may not cure the disease. Along with that take more fiber containing diet, drink more water and avoid taking fat containing diet. If the symptoms persists, then you have to opt for surgical treatment to treat both fissures and hemorrhoids.
