Suggest Remedy For Constipation

i am 40 wks pregnant, and have not been to the toilet in just over a week, i feel i really need to go and want to go before i go into labour, i am trying to drink more water and brown breads, fruit, but its not working i think i also have piles.

When its difficult to pass a stool during pregnancy, fecal impaction must be considered. That is you might have some hard stool stuck on its way out.
It might help visiting your doctor, who could perhaps help you out with your constipation.
