HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the condition of the symptoms are given here if it is due to the allergic condition or due to some virus then it may not needs any treatment neither it needed to be treated but be patience, it will be fine later of sooner.
If the symptoms persist then it has to be seen for secondary bacterial infection and for that child may need some routine investigations, even for the passing of stool if it is three to four time in day then no need to worry about this, at the most probiotic can be used.
hope this information helps.
