Suggest Remedy For Cramps And Burning While Urination

When I pee I cramp and it burns a little, sometimes I feel lightheaded. I have been tested numerous times for a UTI and all came back clear as can be. I sometimes feel this same way after eating......any idea what this could be?? Im getting real scared.

Hello,

The cramps with burning urination indicate bladder irritation through infection which may not be detectable every time in the reports.

Plenty of liquids, cranberry sachets and conventional antibiotics with urine alkalizer as potassium citrate will help a lot for best recovery.
