Suggest Remedy For Cramps In The Leg
I hit my head pretty hard on the counter last night. I was bending down and stood up fast not realizing it was there. The spot where I hit feels like of funny today alomost like pressure inside that sport. I also had a leg cramp out of the blue this morning.

Cramps occurs after vigorous exercise or sudden stretch. If i were your treating doctor then would have advised:
> naproxen twice a day for 3 days
> Besides that take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it with the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
