General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history About your 2 year old daughter.
She is having cramps before passing stools.
The causes can BA:
Fissure in ano is by far the most common cause in this age group.
Impacted fecoliths can be another cause.
I would advice you the following:
Consult a Pediatric Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and appropriate treatment.
She may need an antibiotic, laxative for her age, sitz bath.
Enema may be needed if there is fecal impaction.
