Suggest Remedy For Cyst In Left Testis

my (2years old boy) child is having cyst above the left testis and it remains constant that is small one I found it after one year of his birth.Is there any chance for the spontaneous resolution?I want to know the right age for surgery if it is needed.

If the tumor is of same size as was 1 year back, chances of spontaneous resolution are less , at the same time it looks a benign cyst . Ultrasonography
of cyst may help in making which type of lesion it is , anyway in my opinion it needs to be removed .
