Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should take plan B within 24 hrs of unprotected sex for 95% effectiveness, however if you take it within 72 hrs its 89% effective. Taking it after a couple of days may not be very effective as plan B is not as effective as your regular contraception. You should prefer to go for protected sex if you are sexually active. Sometimes ''implantation spotting'' may show up as pinkish or brownish discharge with blood. Now, I am not saying that you might be pregnant but ''implantation spotting'' is a clear sign of pregnancy. If you have not delayed much in taking the Plan B pills then you will get your periods, don't worry. But if you do not get periods, don't panic but you need to visit ER without much delay. See a doctor & get all the necessary tests done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

First conform your pregnancy by doing urine pregnancy test at home. If it is negative wait for periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
