Hello,
With the current symptoms and your past history of a delayed positive pregnancy test, it would be ideal if you can repeat the test after a couple more days with a fresh early morning sample. If there is no clarity even then, please get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. A clinical evaluation by a specialist should be followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
