Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea With Stomach Pain

Hello! My name is Brooke. Im 14 and for the past 3 weeks my stomach has been hurting. The other night it hurt a lot. I had diarriah and i felt horrible. Today i ate a lot of food, and after i felt like i didnt eat anything? Im starving. People have said things about a tapeworm or an ulcer? I just dont know what to do. I havent tried anything, but i know theres something wrong. Please help me!

Hello thank you for querry.
if such patient came ro me with these symptoms history and physical examination is important.
duration,specific time of pain,aggrevating or relieving factor and association with food.
worm manifestation is also considerable.
if diarrhea is more than 2 weeks loperamide is effective along with Oral rehydration salt.
cap.omeprazole 20 mg before breakfast
and tab.mebendazole 100mg po two times per day for consective 3 days.
hope this treatment will help you to solve your problem if it become worse than consult your doctor.
