Suggest Remedy For Diarrhoea While Having Irregular Menstruation

Hi, I m really scared and I missed my period and it s been 2 weeks since I missed it the second week which is now I have constant diarrhea and late at night and the morning I get nauseous. I take birth control idk I m confused idk what this might mean

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being on birth control pills, missed period and pain in abdomen with nausea.
I would advise you the following:
Urine pregnancy test.
Ultrasonography
tests of stool and blood.
Antibiotic course if stool tests suggest so.
PPI and domperidone for symptomatic relief.
