Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Body Shivering

Over the last two days I have had really bad dizziness. Every time I stand up I get extremely dizzy and my vision goes black. I feel a fussy feeling on the back of my . My arms and legs shake uncontrollably. I am only 27 with no serious medical issues and have never had this issue before. My blood pressure was perfect on Monday at my check up. This has caused me to fall over a couple of times and lasts probably 10 seconds and only when going from sitting to standing. Afterwards I have zero symptoms.

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are suggestive of orthostatic hypotension. For this reason, I would recommend you to measure your blood pressure values in sitting position and in standing up position. If there is a drop in systolic blood pressure more than 20mm Hg during standing up position, compared to sitting position, it would be indicative of orthostatic hypotension.
In such case a Head Up Tilt Tets would help determine the diagnosis.
Some blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes) are necessary too.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
