Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Numbness In Hands & Fingers
My friend has had lots of dizziness since yesterday at noon. He s had to lie down on the floor because of lack of balance. He cannot lean his head to the right because it causes the dizziness to worsen. Today he also has numbness in both hands and fingers. He cannot lie down on right side because dizziness is unbearable. He can lie down on left side and was able to sleep last night on that side. Yesterday after suffering with with extreme dizziness for three hours, it got better after he ate and drank ginger tea. HIs BP has been 145/80 lower. We have checked BP 4-5 times yesterday.
I have studied your case and think that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is neck muscle spasm and nerve compression leading to pain in whole hand. I would recommend you to get MRI of the cervical spine. 1. Intermittent cervical traction exercises. 2. Neck muscle strengthening exercises. 3. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine daily. 4. Avoid any jerky activity or keeping your neck in same position for long time or using very high pillow. 5. Tablet stugeron is also helpful for giddiness. I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions. thanks.
