Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Stomach Upset

Hi I am taking Effexor xr 150 mg and have been on it for over a year. This weekend I had forgot to pick up my pills. (stupid me) I have not taken them for two days and feeling dizzy and have a upset stomach. is this normal? is there anything I can do until the pharmacy opens tomorrow morning at 9am? thank you

Dear; sometimes you can have stomach discomfort as a rebound of not taking the medication . Just try to avoid this situation in the future , try a bland diet and fluid.
