Suggest Remedy For Dizziness

I over did it with my five lb weights and shoveling 3/4 inch stone to create a path. I also have had two neck adjustments at my chiropractor and two days later I get times of dizziness. My elbow hurts all the way to my hand.I have iced it and have not done anything to work it in a day or so. I am concerned about the dizziness.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

The dizziness is a common symptom of chronic degeneration in the cervical vertebral column. The pain in the elbow could be related to a pinched nerve.
For this reason, I recommend performing a cervical spine MRI study to investigate for any bulging disc and a nerve conduction study to exclude possible pinched nerve in the arm.
You should discuss with a neurologist about these issues.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
