Suggest Remedy For Dizziness,sore Throat, Headache And Neck Pain

I fell four days ago and hit my head on a wall on the way down. I already have a bad neck and back from a car accident 10 months ago. Since the fall four days ago, I have been extremely lethargic, as well as dizzy and have had the worst headache and neck ache I ve ever experienced, plus a very sore throat. I have trouble staying awake, and the pain is so bad that my normal dose of Lortab 10 does not help. Should I go to the E-R and get X-rays?

dear sir,
yes you should definitely go to hospital in the emergency and get your ncct scan of your head and cervical spine, quite possible that you suffer a major injury..
