Suggest Remedy For Dry And Itchy Vaginal Lips

I have severe cracked outervagina lips, at the top. It burns and stings so bad. Thought it was a yeast infections been treating for that for two days. Sitz baths, air dry, commando, not helping, feels like its getting worse. Hurts so bad, how do I treat it.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Bacterial Vaginosis and associated Yeast infection. A swab test will be helpful to rule out the condition. For such condition I would recommend using combination of Clotrimazole and Clindamycin as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Using intimate wash daily will be helpful to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH also.
