As you had tounge bite with blackout in bathroom, Most likely you had seizure in bathroom. You will need to restart antiepileptic medication. If seizures were controlled before on tab levipil, it seems a good choice for you. Also levipil has very minimal side effects and intractions compared to other antiepilepsy medicines.
Dont force yourself to do without medicines. It can be disaster if some day you get multiple seizures in succession.
