Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Irregular menstrual cycle & bleeding could be due to stress, hormonal changes, thyroid disorders, PCOS, Fibroids etc. I advice you to,

- to assess the flow of blood by counting the no.of pads your are changing per day. If it's morethan normal, you need consult a gynaecologist for further assistance.
- do USG pelvis to rule out any serious illness.
- Blood hemoglobin levels & TFT
- have protein rich diet, iron supplements

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
