Suggest Remedy For Excessive Throwing Up By Premature Infant

I have a baby boy who is 1 year and 3 months he was born premature (6.5) months and was 1.135kg at birth. He started bringing up blood when they first tried to feed him but in a few days it settled however he tends to vomit a lot. What can I do about this?

Hi.. In premature babies early intolerance to feeds is common. Now at this age vomitting can be due to gastro esophageal reflux. How is the child developmentally? Is there any developmental delay? Also if the child has started developing pincer grasp, then mouthing tends to occur so that he will try to put everything in mouth and may irritate his own gut.
