Suggest Remedy For Extreme Bad Winds With Loose Stools

for the last 6-8 weeks i have been suffering with bad wind (usually worse in evening and night) followed by loose stools in morning. Have varied my diet to try and identify if something is upseting me, but have come to no conclusions. my diet is very healthy and i exercise regularly.
